When using our services, your phone requires location permissions to use Bluetooth functions. We may record the location of your device to provide relevant services.
Softiny Family products and services may require electronic activation, during which unique identifiers of your device, application type, network, and subscription are sent to Softiny Family sensors.
When you access our services online, our web servers automatically create records related to your visit. These records typically include IP address, access time, website links, pages viewed, links and features used, content viewed or requested, browser or application type, language, and other such information. Please also refer to our Cookie Policy. Our applications may periodically connect to our servers to check for updates or send information related to service use. Additionally, we may invite you to join voluntary product and service improvement or research programs and collect detailed information during such activities.
When you create an account, make a purchase, request services, participate in research or marketing activities, or otherwise interact with us, we may ask you to provide certain information, such as your name, email address, and device-related information.

When using services, your Android phone requires camera permissions to scan QR codes on our devices for binding. We need access to the camera to provide these services.
For user sharing functions, we may need to collect the software installation list.
To identify your device, prevent malicious activity, enhance security, ensure operational quality and efficiency, we collect your device information (including IMEI, device serial number, OAID, MEID, GUID, MAC address), installed app information, or running process information.
Business function and purpose: The function is "Push push", the purpose is to maintain interaction with users and improve user experience.

You can make Bluetooth function, including device control, device status acquisition, device discovery, device networking, in which we will communicate with end devices through Bluetooth after you have enabled Bluetooth permission. Additionally, in accordance with the Softiny Family User Service Agreement and applicable national laws and regulations, we offer account cancellation, which you can request by contacting our customer service at: 400-099-0608. After your account is canceled, we will stop providing all or part of the services. We will complete the account cancellation within seven business days.

We may combine personal data collected during your use of a specific Softiny Family product and/or service with personal data collected from other Softiny Family products and services, unless the personal data was collected for a different purpose.

When you purchase Softiny Family products through a network service provider plan, we may need to exchange information with your network service provider to provide such services to you. To avoid duplicate or unnecessary communications and to tailor relevant information to you, we may need to match information collected Softiny Family.
